ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can access the tracking number and monitor your order’s progress through the order details in your account or directly on the carrier’s website.

Our standard processing time is up to seven business days. During peak periods, please allow extra time due to factors such as payment authorizations, product availability, or customs processing, which can extend delivery times. We appreciate your patience during these busy times.

There are specific exceptions to this timeframe:

  • Made-to-order and bespoke products: These items are custom-made after an order is placed. The estimated delivery timelines for these products are provided on the respective product pages.
  • Products with extended delivery timelines: This includes pre-order items. The estimated delivery timeframe for these products will be indicated on the product page, during checkout, and in the order confirmation email.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All domestic orders are delivered via Royal Mail within seven business days. Orders exceeding £250 qualify for free shipping. If you place an order that meets or exceeds this amount, the shipping cost will be automatically waived at checkout. For orders below this threshold, standard shipping rates apply. Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, postal service delays, or peak holiday periods. For the most accurate delivery information, refer to the tracking details provided upon shipment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently offer international shipping to a limited number of countries. As a small brand, we’re working hard to expand our reach and make our creations available in more parts of the world—thank you for your patience and support!

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival, which are determined by local customs. These charges are the customer’s responsibility, so we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

MISSING DELIVERY: NEXT STEPS

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please wait 48 hours as delays can sometimes occur. If, after this period, you still haven’t received your package, contact our Client Services team at support@lepham.co.uk or use the contact form here for further assistance. Our team will help resolve the issue promptly.

RETURN POLICY

Le Pham is committed to ensuring complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for store credit, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item(s) must be in new, unworn condition, with the hang tag attached, and in the original packaging.

Once your return is received, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is complete.

RETURN PROCESS

Customers can initiate the return process by following these steps:

  1. Enter your order ID, a unique 7-digit series, and the email used for the order in the Returns Portal.
  2. Upon submission, a prepaid Royal Mail return label will be generated.
  3. Place all items you wish to return in their original packaging, including any hangtags, and use the provided prepaid Royal Mail return label. Ensure items are in original condition with all tags attached. Items not in original condition may not be accepted.
  4. We will notify you once your item is received and processed. Upon inspection, store credit will be issued for returned items.

RETURNS PROCESSING TIME

Upon delivery of your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. During this period, our team will inspect the returned items to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. Once your return is processed, we will send you an email confirmation. If you do not receive this confirmation within 10 business days, please reach out to our Customer Service team for further assistance. They will be happy to help resolve any issues or provide updates on the status of your return.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Please note that our shop does not offer exchanges. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for store credit in accordance with our return policy. For further assistance, please contact our Customer Service team.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers may cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing them without incurring any charges. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted as the order will have entered the processing phase.
